No. Velo is a personal health tracking tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your treatment plan.

On the Velo login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link from noreply@thistraks.com within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The link will take you to a secure page to set a new password.

Your first personalized AI insight arrives after 7 days of logging. The more consistently you log, the more patterns Velo can detect. After 30 days, insights become significantly more detailed and accurate.

Velo collects the health data you enter — mood, blood pressure, medications, and similar metrics. To generate AI insights, anonymized health metrics (never your name or email) are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. We do not sell your data. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Go to Settings → Caregiver Access → Invite Caregiver. Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to view your health data. You can revoke access at any time from the same screen.

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data and your complete health history will be downloaded as a CSV file. This is great for sharing with your doctor before appointments.
